Like many of you, we grew tired of the constant cycle of broken ceramic plates and flimsy, wasteful plastic. We wanted something that could handle a busy kitchen without the risk of shattering every time a toddler or a clumsy hand dropped a dish.

We looked for options that were better for the earth but didn’t compromise on quality. Everything we found felt either too fragile, too expensive, or just plain boring. We knew there had to be a way to balance everyday durability with a design that actually looked good on the dinner table.

That’s how Homienly was born. We turned to wheat straw fiber—a sustainable, renewable material that’s incredibly tough and lightweight. We obsessed over the details, from the non-slip textures to the deep, spill-proof rims on our plates.
